Service Description

During the Breathwork 10 session package we go on a journey to discover your inner self. Starting with core clearing, gentle processes to get you comfortable, then moving into deeper rebirthing processes, then if you are ready we can do some under water breathes. The soul focus is on getting you comfortable in your skin, open to growth and change and resilient via the breath. Find your soul connection, reset your nervous system, heal trauma, communicate with spirit. Its a joy ride, one not to be underestimated.

Cancellation Policy

Each session is non refundable once it has been taken. Programs and sessions paid in advance have policies around cancellation and refunds. Generally refunds within 3 days after purchase offers full refund minus 10% of price. Within 30 days 50% refund. After 30 days - no refund available. You can however transfer the sessions to a friend or family member.
